There are no schools or educational institutes that offer training in our trades. Therefore, thanks to the open-mindedness of our ecosystem, we draw on a dense and varied network of partners to hire our future employees.
We run a work placement programme with Pôle Emploi, in conjunction with EPIDE (schools for social and professional integration). After shortlisting candidates, we test them during a trial period and then train them in our trades, passing on to them our know-how through our own training programme.
It is an efficient method for winning over our employees and encouraging them to talk about us and the opportunities offered, with word-of-mouth being a strong vector of recruitment in our sector of activity. Aside from our professional networks, we regularly place job offers on specialised websites and in the specialised press.
